AdHive Token is an Ethereum ERC20 token built to participate in the AdHive network. Find out how it works today in our review.
What is AdHive?
AdHive is an advertising platform where users are required to purchase and hold ADH tokens. These tokens can be applied to various advertising tasks. The token can also act as a reward for participants. Participants receive a token reward in exchange for placing ads on videos, providing native advertising assessments, and completing surveys.
Overall, AdHive, found online at AdHive.tv, describes itself as an “AI and community powered platform for native video advertising for video bloggers.”
You can use AdHive to mass place native advertising on video blog channels, with all payments based on Ethereum smart contracts.
AdHive wants to disrupt TV as a channel for corporate ad campaigns. It sees itself as the easiest way to place native video ads on multiple channels from a single convenient platform. Using AdHive, major advertisers can enjoy advanced targeting for video channels and online streams. The platform uses AI and community processing to analyze video feed information, allowing advertisers to view words, brands, and other information that appears on the video feed.
The company is headquartered in Russia, and a Russian-targeted alpha version is expected before the end of 2017. Worldwide expansion will take place throughout 2018.
AdHive’s ecosystem offers the following features:
Mass Promotion Across the Crypto Community: AdHive promises to let users access the broadest audience of crypto users.
International Campaigns: AdHive lets you advertise anywhere with no borders and no restrictive regulations.
Transparency and Reliability: AdHive offers clear funds distribution based on transparent agreements.
Knowledge Sharing: AdHive lets community members share ideas with bloggers with the possibility of offering additional services.
AI Powered: AdHive uses AI to automatically track any video channel, including words and objects used by that video channel.
Instant, Smart Contract Payments: AdHive uses smart contracts to process transactions. Money is transferred to a blogger immediately after the task is executed.
Easy Vlog Monetization: AdHive users can easily monetize their vlog. The network also tracks online streams and broadcasts.
Who’s Behind AdHive?
AdHive is led by Dmitry Malyanov (Project Development, Operations, and Co-Founder), Vadim Budaev (Strategy, HR, Technological Development, and Co-Founder), and Alexandr Kuzmin (Token Model Development, Investment and Financial Management, and Co-Founder).
The company is headquartered in Russia. Their initial goal is to expand across Russia with their alpha platform before the end of 2017, expanding to Germany, the UK, US, and Spain by 2018, followed by other major markets in 2019 and 2020.
How Do AdHive ICO Tokens Work?
AdHive Tokens, or ADH, are ERC20 tokens built on the Ethereum blockchain. Generally, these tokens give participants the right to access multiple activities and services on the AdHive network. Some of the uses for the token include:
- Reward for participants, where participants get a reward for completing actions like advertisement placement on video, native advertising assessment, and completion of surveys
- Security deposit and minimum participation balance
- Daily transactions using smart contracts
- Complementary services (advertisers can spend ADH tokens to analyze all video channels and detect usage of keywords and brands used by that channel)
AdHive Tokens are also used for network growth, anti-spam prevention, and for payment between platform services.
The AdHive ICO (ADH) Cryptocurrency Token Crowdsale
The AdHive Token crowdsale begins with a presale from January 10 to January 27, 2018.
There’s a total supply of 450 million ADH tokens. 25 to 35% of tokens are available during the crowdsale, while 35% to 25% is available for the company. The remaining tokens are reserved for network growth (15%), founders (11.5%), advisory board (6%), community grants and bounties (4.5%), escrow (1%), and a reserve fund (2%).
AdHive is seeking to raise $12.5 to $17.5 million during the crowdsale. The tokens are priced at a rate of 1 ETH = 2,000 ADH, although the conversion rate is subject to change up to 6 hours before the beginning of the token sale.
There have also been new reports that the ADH cryptocurrency coin will be listed on 2 major exchanges in April 2018, HitBTC and QRYPTOS, and be paired with BTC, ETH, and QASH. We were also able to scoop up some quotes from co-founder Dmitry Malyanov, saying:
Our core intention is to facilitate AdHive internal billing, payment and other token transition procedures, and listing on major cryptocurrency exchanges will help advertisers and other product users to gain easy and fast access to the token.
Another worthy quote also came from co-founder Alexandr Kuzmin, adding:
We’ve been careful and precise when making our listing choices. We in AdHive intend to partner with industry leaders who possess all of the best technological and security innovations, and data protection standards, and HitBTC along with QRYPTOS represent market leaders of that kind.
Addition of the ADH token to quoting lists will have multiple positive effects: (i) improving liquidity of the token, (ii) drawing extra attention to the project and further fueling our active community, and (iii) supporting our marketing efforts on rapidly developing Asian markets.
AdHive is an AI and community-powered platform for native video advertising for video bloggers. The goal of the project is to disrupt TV advertising, with the ultimate goal of turning online video – including vlogs and video streams – into one virtual giant TV channel with powerful targeting mechanics. The main advantage of AdHive over traditional video advertising is that users can access more powerful targeting mechanics than ever before – like the ability to scan video and video streams for specific words or brands.
The entire platform is built on blockchain technology and uses ERC20 tokens called AdHive Tokens (ADH) as the in-platform currency.
