Aggrieved Crypto Analyst Accuses Binance CEO CZ of Abusing his Influence in the Bitcoin Space

A prominent cryptocurrency analyst DonAlt is currently venting his anger on Changpeng Zhao’s attitude towards his Twitter followers after being blocked by the CEO for calling him out on Twitter.

DonAlt first complained about the posts CZ writes on his wall and that of Binance page on Twitter, saying they were unprofessional and do not send the right message. I wish Binance and CZ would stop shitposting so much. I personally muted both accounts.

Couldn’t stand having a shitty Twitter feed consisting out of low effort RT’s of girls asking for hoodies and Pizza. Most cartoon characters on here have a cleaner timeline than they have…He wrote on 22 May.

In response, CZ said he had the freedom to unfollow his tweets and those of Binance since the choice of who to follow was his. Obviously this did not go down well with the analyst who later wrote a follow-up post saying Binance and CZ were like the face of the cryptocurrency industry which was why he followed them and so expected a certain standard of conduct for them.

Apparently he wasn’t satisfied with the information he was fed on by CZ and Binance as he said his reason for following was to stay updated on the happenings in the space. CZ later blocked DonAlt on 23 May and that only worsened the situation as the latter has been calling him names since then. Prominent among the names is that CZ uses his influence in the space to pump and dump coins.

Although DonAlt confirms he had muted both CZ and Binance first, he seems deeply pained by the decision to block him and further said CZ blocks everyone who speaks out against the exchange or challenges their opinion.

It would seem not only DonAlt is upset with the conducts of both CZ and his company Binance as Josh Rager, a cryptocurrency trader added his own comments saying:

“The worst part is his little group of minions that tag him in anything not positive I’m shocked at the amount of people who kiss his ass. They have no clue what goes on behind scenes.”
