This startup, which has its roots in Stockholm, also allows digital currency users and crypto holders to top up the credit on their phones from nearly 1000 supported mobile network operators.
And this is typically as easy as typing in a phone number followed by the amount that a person wishes to refill and the payment is loaded instantly and confirmed within less than a minute.
The service is available in more than 160 different countries. What's more, Bitrefill says that its platform can give consumers access to more than a million different retail products across a huge number of different categories such as travel, retail or tech.
In other words, it is simply empowering people to ‘live wholly on crypto' by giving them a means of purchasing everyday items through digital currency.
