American National Standards Institute To Deliberate Blockchain At A Forthcoming Event
The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) will have a session to deliberate on blockchain as well as artificial intelligence matters during its upcoming legal issues and joint member forum.
The institute is a US-based private establishment which is made up of over 125,000 privately owned firms, global organizations, educational and administrative entities, as well as corporations.
In as much as the institute does not have the mandate to set up standards, it is however charged with the responsibility of administering and coordinating the United States voluntary principles as well as conformance assessment classification.
Legal and Ethical Concerns
The forthcoming forum will bring together attendees who will focus on the legal as well as ethical concerns. The attendees of the forum will also deliberate on the fundamental applications of blockchain technology and AI.
According to the announcement, professionals from different industries are expected to attend. The professionals will come from industries such as transportation, food safety, and healthcare. They will be expected to deliberate on possible blockchain dispositions, as well as how standards and conformity assessment can be used to facilitate the advancing of applications of the said technologies.
