The BC Vault hardware wallet features a 2.42-inch OLED 128×64-pixel display that clearly displays all the necessary information regarding a particular transaction such as the Sender address, the Wallet name, Recipient address, Amount received or transferred, and the Fee paid.

Use Of Random Number Generator (RNG)

Other hardware wallets in the market use the BIP39/44 standard for their wallets; BC Vault will address some of the security concerns raised by the BIP39/44 standard by using the random number generator (RNG) that generates each wallet separately. RNG is integrated gyro sensor that when shaken activates the wallet.

Each wallet created by the BC Vault is secured using a different pin or passcode meaning that the global device PIN and password cannot be used to access or use cryptocurrency funds stored in each individual wallet.

BC-Vault Advantages

Backup And Restoration System

There are two encrypted backup types integrated into the BC Vault wallet; Micro SD card backup where the wallet is backed up into the 1 GB Micro SD card found in each device or the use of QR codes that can be printed and stored in a secure location.

Reliable Storage

Private keys on the BC Vault have complete encryption and stored in the FRAM device, which has a lower power usage and faster write performance and write cycles compared to a flash memory. FRAM can store data for up to 200 years, is tamper-resistant, and has a reversible USB 3.0 Type-C connector that prevents any mechanical damage from occurring.

Easy To Use

BC Vault is compatible with multiple cryptocurrencies such as BTC, LTC, BCH, BNB, DASH, ETH, XRP, XLM, and many more, which users can manage and monitor using a single application that is compatible with Windows, OS X, and Linux operating systems. This means that users do not have to use other external applications or websites with their devices.

How To Set Up The BC-Vault

In order to set up the hardware, users are required to plug in the device into their computer and shake the BC Vault, which will generate a random number to secure it. The wallet is activated once the user deposits funds into the wallet, which enables the user to send, receive, and store their cryptocurrencies.
