Binance CEO Requests Elon Musk to Trade a Tesla for Bitcoin as Pomp Chimes in to Send Him More BTC
Changpeng Zhao, the CEO of Binance, one of the largest virtual currency exchanges in terms of trading volume, has asked Elon Musk to trade a Tesla for Bitcoin (BTC). He asked that ton Twitter when Elon Musk wrote that he only owns 0.25 BTC that a friend sent him several years ago. He went on explaining that he does not have any crypto holdings.
Changpeng Zhao said that he still does not have a Tesla and that he would like to trade some with Elon Musk.
I still don’t have much of a Tesla, let’s trade some?

There were other Bitcoin (BTC) enthusiasts and figures that contacted Elon Musk as well. For example, Anthony Pompliano, the founder and partner at Morgan Creek Digital, said to Musk to send him a Lightning Network invoice or a Bitcoin wallet address. Pompliano said that he will send him more Bitcoin to see how much things have improved during the last years.
Elon – send me a Lightning Network invoice or a Bitcoin wallet address.
I’ll send you more Bitcoin so you can see how much things have improved recently.
We have to get you using the future global reserve currency of the world.

This comes after the comments that Jack Dorsey gave regarding Bitcoin and the Lightning Network (LN). Dorsey has been backing the LN implementation and participated on the Lightning Torch game. Users have to send a LN transaction and add a few Satoshis before sending it to another person.
Moreover, Dorsey backed the Tippin extension for Google Chrome that allows users to tip others with the Lightning Network directly on Twitter.
Perhaps, after the conversation that Changpeng Zhao started with Elon Musk and Popliano asking him to send a Bitcoin address, Musk could start to be interested in the cryptocurrency market. Why not start selling Tesla for Bitcoin or another virtual currency? There are several enthusiasts ready to purchase this car using Bitcoin.
