Binance is now offering the deposits and withdrawals of Ruble (RUB) in partnership with Advcash. Users can now deposit Ruble to their Binance wallet using their bank cards, credit cards, and from their Advcash wallet.
Advcash (Advanced Cash) is a payment platform coming with fiat, crypto, and prepaid card features.
Once RUB is deposited into a user’s Binance wallet, one can buy and sell crypto, BTC, ETH, and XRP, with the fiat money on the leading cryptocurrency exchange one-click buy/sell service.
This service allows users to buy and sell digital currency quickly and more conveniently without any complex order types and charts but with real-time price data to directly execute the trades.
Currently, the exchange is charging zero deposit fees and the same with buying or selling crypto using funds in the Binance RUB wallet.
Recently, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao during his first visit to Russia said, “Russia is our key market, one of the most active markets in the global blockchain space.”
A potential bill regarding digital asset, currently in dormant in the Russian parliament, according to CZ may “pass very soon.” This is driving the exchange’s Russia expansion plans as while regulators in America are “very distributed,” China’s stance on digital assets is “not going to move any time soon.”
Just like other exchanges, CZ said they discussing with banks but it is at a very early stage.
Apart from opening an office in Russia, CZ is also interested in its “very strong programmer talent.” The exchange is further looking to bring its stablecoin project Venus to the country.
