Binance’s 9th Community Coin of the Month Announced With New Voting Rules
Binance Announces 9th Community Coin of the Month, Which Coin Will Be Listed Next?
Cryptocurrency exchange, Binance has made it a traditional to direct a community-based competition every month in which users will vote on the coin of their choice to possibly be listed on the exchange. This appears to be the ninth round of its kind and users have until Friday, August 24 to cast their votes.
In addition to voting, each user will automatically get a chance in Binance’s “Lucky Draw”, where all the BNB tokens collected from fees will be pooled and split among 500 winners.
There seems to be very little steps to take part in the nomination of a token, as direct influencers of the project being suggested are requested to fill out the “Community Coin Application” form (i.e. CEO, founder/co-founder, or core team member).
As for the actual community involvement, users will get the opportunity to vote on Binance. The voting period has been scheduled between Monday, August 27 and Friday, August 31. A complete vote will only be casted once and users are required to pay 0.1 BNB per candidate.
News regarding the Community Coin of the Month has since been shared via Twitter and it seems like users were quick to suggest some tokens.
