Bitfinex Shares Five New Trading Tools in Latest 2.5 Release for Investor Reporting Benefits
Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex released an update to its Reporting Tools for improved trading and to provide investors with additional choices concerning features that allow them to understand the market better. The newest version is 2.5 and it includes five features for fund and time management.
Bitfinex announced the release of its new reporting tools in a Medium article. Here are the main reporting tools, as identified by the article:
- Position History
This is a new section that permits users to comprehensively evaluate various factors such as individual position history, status, amount, values, and the like, each alongside funding types and amounts. In addition, users will also have access to information about profit and loss percentages, price leverage, and liquidation price.
- Position Audit
This feature includes a number of sub-positions that can give users insight into their positions. This section requires users to add the ids of positions that they would like to evaluate. They can also click on position id in the position history section.
- Wallet History
Wallet history is still in its beta stage. This feature provides users with an overview of their wallet at various moments. Users can select the date in which they would like to view their wallet’s status and the platform will display the information.
- Public Tickers
Bitfinex believes that public data is a fundamental component of effective trading strategies. As a result, it created the public ticker feature so that users can evaluate bids and ask of various pairs during specific time frames.
Aside from these main updates, the platform also issued a number of general improvements. These improvements include support for the multi-currency filter, support for pre-selected pairs/symbols via URL, and enhanced order information. These tools can save users time and they can be useful in terms of analyzing strategies that users have applied in the past.
Interestingly enough, the platform also released a list of future plans so that users are aware of what is on the horizon for the platform. Just a few of the platform’s future plans for reporting tools this year include adding a funding earnings sector, mobile app integration, improved sorting and filtering tables, the news site for downloading public data fast, and a framework for advanced reporting. Each of these tools should provide users with better accessibility and functionality.
