Bitmain to Release Two New Improved Crypto Mining Rigs, S17+ and T17+

The co-founder of Bitmain, Jihan Wu, has recently announced two new mining rigs during the World Digital Mining Summit, which is happening at Frankfurt right now. He revealed that the company will launch the Antminer S17+ and the T17+ soon.

As expected, the two new models will provide more efficiency than older models. While the Antminer S17+ has a power efficiency of 40 J/TH and the hash rate of 73 TH/s, the Antminer T17+ has a power efficiency of 50 J/TH and a hash rate of 64 TH/s.

Jihan Wu affirmed that the new models represent the future of mining. He noted that the company is always committed to innovation and that it will continue to develop its devices to improve their capabilities in the future.

These new models will use a dual tube heat dissipation, which reduces how fast the machines get hot. This will ensure that they will operate only on safe temperature levels, which will make them continue to be stable for a long time.

As they use a special all-in-one design, these two models can be used in several different mining farms, as they adapt to different sized and are very easy to deal with.

Bitmain was once the king of crypto miners, but it took a hard hit last year as the bear market made several miners shut down their machines and the demand for Bitmain’s products went down. This launch is the company’s latest attempt to remain relevant in the sector.

The models will start to be sold on October 11 with a delivery time of December 1 to 10. At the time, the prices were not revealed.
