BITREAL Real Estate Blockchain: Opportunities Fund 1 (BREBCO 1)

BITREAL CAPITAL, a company with headquarters in Munich, has received a nod for official registration for First Fund Investing in real estate and cryptocurrencies. The company received the green light from the Bonn-based German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) on March 29, 2018. The marketing authorization and registration paves way for the company to operate as BITREAL Real Estate Blockchain Opportunities Fund 1, dubbed as BREBCO 1. The program, set up as Spezial AIF, BREBCO1 is worth 40 million Euros in equity volume.

Intensive Preparation For Opportunities Fund 1

Because of exhaustive preparation in legal, regulatory, and tax matters, BITREAL Capital’s marketing authorization for BREBCO1 is a widely accepted and important step that will lead to professional and officially registered investments. Above all, the project will utilize cryptocurrencies and the blockchain technology by using coins and crypto tokens. The fund targets semi-professional investors with a minimum investment volume of 500,000 Euros.

The approach of BREBCO1 seeks to utilize the blockchain technologies by using reputable tokens, coins, and digital currencies. Besides, the project targets AA core commercial real estate projects in the top ten economic regions in Germany, partially funded by bank loans. BITREAL will focus on projects with high return potential and low risk arrangement. With a seven-year fund lifetime, the strategy aims at generating a ROI of 15 percent annually.

BREBCO 1 A Unique Element

A distinctive feature of the BITREAL strategy is the opportunity to avail deposits into the fund in Euro currency or through direct deposit of digital currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Investors making deposit into the fund using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or coins will get a strong hedge for existing profits. When the term ends, Euro investors will have the chance to choose the manner in which they can receive their repayments and profits. This could be in the form of Euros, digital currencies, coins, or tokens.

“Since summer of last year, questions of family offices and high net-worth individuals as to how or in which virtual currencies, coins and tokens can be sensibly invested in or how to take part in the blockchain technology market potential without the high volatility and risk of total loss were raised. Our answer is the BREBCO 1 fund, which is now officially registered in Germany by the BaFin,” explains Boris Hardi, Managing Partner of BITREAL Capital GmbH.

BITREAL Real Estate Blockchain Conclusion

Started in 2017 in Munich, BITREAL Capital BmbH stands out as a fund initiator and innovator, especially in the area of Special AIFs. The management team at BITREAL boasts a wealth of knowledge and experience, which enable them to merge German core commercial real estate investments, renewable energy investments, e-mobility, and hotels with the blockchain technology. In the end, such investment projects are able to invest in digital currencies. They will also be able to manage and store the cryptocurrencies safely.

BREBCO1 becomes the first BaFin-authorized fund for semi-professional investors. As such, it will unite core commercial real estate investments with blockchain-based tokens and coins. This will pave way for BaFin-registered access to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ether, and others. By initiating a steady real estate position, BITREAL Fund seeks to reduce risk and maximize on return potential. In addition, the close collaboration with leading businesses, tax law firms, and regulatory authorities will make it possible for professionals and institutions to enter into this asset class through crypto or Euro investments.
