BlockShow Opens Voting For Blockchain Industry Leaders On Their Blockchain-Based Polling App
Through Polys, an online voting tool, BlockShow has now opened a poll for the leading women and companies in the blockchain space. This announcement comes ahead of BlockShow Europe 2018 conference that takes place in Berlin on May 28-29.
Polys are a blockchain-based voting system that makes voting completely secure and immutable. Voter anonymity is guaranteed by transparent crypto algorithms. Polys online voting system is intuitive, easy and fast. No knowledge of programming is required. Voting can be set up on the go using a smartphone or tablet.
BlockShow has shortlisted powerful women from EU blockchain space who have contributed to the evangelism of the technology. Voters have the ability to extend the list wy enlisting their own candidates. The second poll is for most influential EU-registered blockchain companies. The companies have been shortlisted by taking their market capitalization, expert reviews, and social media activity into account.
Anyone can participate in the polling process. Attendees will also get to vote on and rank Europe’s most game-changing blockchain companies, including Ethereum, IOTA, Cosmos, Lisk, Bitfury, ICON, Raiden Network, Populous, Polkadot, Golem, Status, Aeternity, Bancor, Cardano, SingularityNET, Sirin Labs, Gnosis, Maecenas, WePower, Origintrail and Iconomi.
More than 3,000 attendees and over 150 projects are expected to attend the event with more than 80 internationally recognized speakers to share their wealth of information with the public. The event will offer insights on IoT, AI, Cybersecurity and other issues of public debate.
This is yet another instance where blockchain has shown its transformative power. The tamper-proof and immutable technology cannot only find applications in public polls but eventually in the democratic process too.
