BrainBlocks Payment Gateway Announces NanoWallet App Acquisition
BrainBlocks Announces Acquisition of NanoWallet and Search for Investors in Seed Round
In a Medium post, BrainBlocks has released the following statement:
“We are incredibly excited to announce, as of moments ago, that BrainBlocks has just acquired NanoWallet.io. The NanoWallet app will now be a first-class part of the BrainBlocks platform.”
Brainblocks uses the blog post to express the different reasons that this change in ownership is a positive development, starting with the addition of Jamie and Miguel from NanoWallet to the BrainBlock’s engineering team. They also list the new customer database as part of the big advantage, especially since most of these people have a digital wallet and will not require a separate one. Both BrainBlocks and Nano can be used for payments, and there is no need to bring in funds or QR codes now.
The third and final reason they are celebrating is because “this partnership confirms everything we love about Nano; it’s a community with great people, great innovators, and great engineers, and together we’re going to build something absolutely amazing!” according to Ty Schenk.
Even with this adjustment, BrainBlocks took the time to discuss how they are working on finding the right investors for the upcoming seed round. For anyone that wants to participate, Schenk said,
“If you’re an accredited investor, and you’d like to see our seed deck with statistics about BrainBlocks and NanoWallet, and chat more, please send an email to [email protected] and we’ll set something up.”
