Chainlink Goes Live on Coinbase; LINK Explodes Up to $3.48 Jumping 2 Spots on CoinMarketCap
- Within days of listing on Coinbase.Pro, Chainlink is now live on Coinbase.com
- Up over 20 percent, LINK rose as high as $3.48 on Coinbase, at one point
- The market cap of LINK is getting pumped to cross the billion dollar threshold
Chainlink is now launching on Coinbase.com as well, announces the US-based cryptocurrency exchange on Twitter on June 28.
Just two days back, Chainlink went live on Coinbase Pro and today, it is listed on Coinbase.com that allows its customers to buy, sell, convert, send, receive, or store LINK.
Moreover, it has also gone live on Coinbase’s both iOS and Android apps.

This has the desired effect on the price of LINK which has risen 20.36 percent in the past 24 hours at $2.66.
On Coinbase, however, it pumped up to $3.48 seeing a surge of more than 30 percent but couldn’t keep up and went down to about $2.8 level.
Chainlink Is Having A Spectacular Year
As a result of the jump in price, LINK now has a market capitalization of $916.5 million, fast moving towards crossing the threshold of $1 billion. At the beginning of this year, Chainlink had a market cap of just $138 million.
LINK has been enjoying the gains since mid-December 2018 and registered the gains of over 800 percent in these past six months. However, it really started pumping at the end of April when it was at $0.440 and went to its all-time high on June 27th at $2.71.
Apart from the price, Chainlink has seen a lot of development that is actually behind this price surge.
For starters, at the beginning of this month, Chainlink announced the launch of its mainnet on Ethereum network. The project aims to solve the connective issues in smart contracts.
It further integrated with several projects including Harmony protocol, Reserve protocol, Go Chain, Matic Network, Google, Dapps Inc, Kaiko Data, Oracle, and VSYSCoin. Then it got listed on Coinbase pro and Coinbase.com as well.
