Check Out Cryptocurrency Exchange Volume Comparison April 26 – June 7

Crypto Rand is a service that provides the analysis of the cryptocurrency platforms that are presently active on the market. In a recent post on Twitter, they posted a picture that compared the volumes of multiple exchanges, and those amounts were very different.

The exchange with the greatest change seems to be UPBIT, which went from $2.09 billion to $230 million in an 89% drop in volume. They are not the only one with a percentage in the 80s, with BITTREX dropping from $479.5 million to $73 million in a loss of 85% volume. Three other platforms have losses in the 70% range, including BITFINEX (71%), BITHUMB (75%) and KRAKEN (74%).

Some of the exchanges were not hit with as large of a loss, though the loss of any number of billions or millions is still significant. The only platforms with less than a 40% loss are OK-EX and HITBTC. OK-EX went from $2.45 billion to $1.68 billion in a 31% loss, while HITBTC went from $341 million to $266 million for a 22% loss.

The graph shown on Twitter is a comparison from April 26th to June 7th of this year.
