Circle Invest Adds 4 New Tokens: EOS, Stellar (XLM), 0x (ZRX) and Qtum
The total number of tokens that the app now supports adds up to 11, which also includes Bitcoin [BTC], Ethereum [ETH], Bitcoin Cash [BCH], Ethereum Classic [ETC], Litecoin [LTC], Zcash [ZEC], and Monero [XMR]. As for the overall success of the Circle Invest app, the new additions now make it one of the “top apps for accessing a wide array of assets” to date.
According to the claims made, the decision to support the four aforementioned tokens comes from each token’s contribution to the crypto sphere, adding that it also coincides with “the Circle Asset Framework”.
The said framework considers some guidelines that the crypto finance company greatly values. Here is a quick look at the questions that the Circle team asks themselves when assessing the appropriateness of a token listing:
- Does the project align with the core values of the crypto community?
- Does the project use blockchain in a healthy matter to reach their goals?
- Is the team behind the project skilled enough to manage it?
- Does the project make a meaningful difference in the lives of end-users?
- Has the project gained enough liquidity?
It appears that EOS, Stellar, 0x and Qtum have matched every criterion mentioned above, along with the necessary reviewing of legal aspects.
As the team starts adding new tokens to the asset portfolio, they’ve come to the realization that there is very little diversity in the types of crypto investors. Previously reported by Bitcoin Exchange Guide, the crypto finance firm sees a gender gap within the type of investors, as well as a generational one.
To ensure equal presence, the team decided that educating consumers on how cryptocurrencies work in a simple and easy way should be the way to go about it. Since then, the beginning of the Circle Invest app offers consumers with a wide range of information that will strengthen their decision as to whether or not crypto investing is for them.
