CockBlockchain by CamSoda: Blockchain Used To Secure Private Pics?
Blockchain has been penetrating most of the industries around us and it is only matter of time that the adult entertainment industry jumps on the hype train. CamSoda, an adult webcam site is the latest company to do so. The company is going to launch a digital media exchange platform called CockBlockchain which lets you earn cryptocurrency by sharing your nudes or any other photos.
Sexting and sharing pics with individuals or groups always leave people vulnerable to forgery and exploitation. With the launch of CockBlockchain, a person can safely and anonymously share their private stash of intimate selfies, avoid underage users, avoid getting catfished and make money while doing so.
Once users sign up for an account, they can take photos of their private parts which is verified by CamSoda’s “Penis and Vagina Recognition Technology (PVRT)” Users can request to see other people’s photos, and there is also a consolidated list of people who have requested to see the user’s private bits. They have full autonomy in selecting who gets to see their stuff. Customers can exchange for more photos or even exchange for Bitcoins.
The product is in beta stages, however, CamSoda has failed to provide any whitepaper or an open-source code for CockBlockchain. This casts doubt on the company's seriousness about the project. They have earlier joked about launching a high-tech dildo that automatically orders you a pizza after an orgasm.
They even jested on making an interactive web platform that makes your sex toys vibrate harder when the price of Bitcoin soars. Rather than viewing CockBlockchain as a real product, you can view them as a concept that can revolutionize the online adult entertainment industry.
