CognitiveScale Announces Adaption of Cortex5 Software to Support Kelly Williams and Their AI-Based Needs
On September 13th, a report by GlobalNewswire announced that Keller Williams (KW) would be introducing Cortex5 to their Kelly Cloud and AI platform. Cortex5 comes from CognitiveScale as their AI software, a technology that has enabled them to rise up as the leader in augmented intelligence software. The goal of KW is to add more predictive decision support and learning capabilities to their existing AI software.
In this collaboration, KW will have the ability to improve their speed with R&D, which adds inherent value to their smart apps and other aspects of their technology. KW has remained dedicated to using their AI technology, Kelle, to many different products and domains, as they launch new software options.
In the Keller Williams sector in Austin, Texas, the company has over 975 offices alone, which employ about 186,000 associates. The Keller Cloud was established in 2015, beginning their slow progression into a technology company as well. The technology first helped establish a cloud-service ecosystem for real estate, as it concerned their own properties. However, the software evolved, and now needs additional support.
With Cortex5 from CognitiveScale, KW plans to improve their AI speed, ensuring that it can be implemented more easily. The data scientists plan to work on AI-based projects alongside the progression, which means that they will have the option to quickly and easily roll out new innovations to their partners and consumers.
Neil Dholakia, the chief project officer for Keller Williams, said,
“Keller Williams has 35 years of rich, complex real estate data. We will use CognitiveScale’s AI platform to harness our data to surface more insights for our teams and to accelerate innovation.”
Expanding on the way that the company will utilize the technology, Dholakia added,
“As KW agents increasingly use Keller Cloud apps, the AI platform will learn from their interactions and subsequently offer intelligent decision support and recommendations to strengthen agent service to consumers. For example, as our agents write offer contracts, they will be advised as to the strength of their offer and how to further strengthen it. Additionally, KW agents will be provided hyper local market analysis, enabling them to best advise clients on the sale or purchase of a home.”
When speaking about the partnership, Nij Chawla, the chief customer officer of CognitiveScale, said,
“We are excited to be working with a leader like Keller Williams to drive data and AI-powered intelligent user experiences and business processes. We share their enthusiasm for making every agent their best agent and look forward to helping Keller Williams build on their data advantage and provide valuable insights to their team through Cortex5.”
