ConsenSys India Developer Program: July 9-15, 2018 Event Details?

ConsenSys is a project development product that builds decentralized applications (DApps) and other useful tools for blockchain applications. The venture is biased towards the Ethereum blockchain, as it is the blockchain that was built for DApps. The development team consists of over 800 software experts and entrepreneurs who are dedicated and willing to actively contribute in the blockchain revolution.

Undoubtedly, the blockchain revolution is inevitable. Despite this, there is still a need to educate the masses on this mazing discovery. Hence, ConsenSys focuses on sharing this knowledge in order to fast-track the adoption of blockchain technology. As of now, the project has trained over 100 individuals from over 90 countries worldwide. To further spread this acumen, the company is planning to establish programs outside the US. The first beneficiary of this outreach program will be India, mainly because of sentiment as well as the abundance of technological talent in the country.

The ConsenSys India Developer Program will take place from 9th June to 15th July, 2018 in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. During this period, the chosen cohort will undergo an intensive programming tutelage program carried out over the weekends. After this period elapses, the students will be subjected to a 2-day hack-a-thon event, where they will be required to create project as per the curriculum they underwent.

Additionally, the students will have a chance to meet renowned personalities within the Ethereum blockchain. The course instructors will include both initial developers of the Ethereum blockchain and creators of fundamental Ethereum-based applications such as uPort, Truffle and MetaMask. The course will culminate with a graduation ceremony, where students will get a certificate of merit. Also, excellent performers will get a chance to join the local ConsenSys development team.
