Craig Wright Says Roger Ver is in BCH’s Hard Fork for the Tokens

During the last days, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) experienced an important growth of over 50%. Investors started to pay attention to this virtual currency that will soon experience a hard fork. On November 15, two different visions of Bitcoin Cash will be debating on whether to fork to Bitcoin ABC or Bitcoin SV.

Each of these possibilities is backed by prominent figures in the cryptocurrency space. For example, Jihan Wu, Bitmain’s CEO, focuses on the Bitcoin ABC protocol. Craig Wright, who claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto, is supporting Bitcoin SV.

During an interview that focused on Bitcoin Cash, Wright said that the so-called ‘Bitcoin Jesus,’ Roger Ver, is in it for the ‘tokens.’ Additionally, he explained that Bitmain pushed for Wormhole to convert Bitcoin into a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) network. At the same time, Wright included Vitalik Buterin into the complaints, saying that he turns up at Bitmain’s conferences because of the move to Proof of Stake.

“[PoS] is really about the same as any oligarch, you change the system so that you cannot compete anymore and lose what you have now. With Bitcoin, you have to fight every day. If you stop, that’s it, you lose.”

He then said that the number of Bitcoins that a person holds does not allow them to have a better position in the cryptocurrency market unless they do something with them. With a PoS system, it is possible for any individual to put money and control the system in the way they want. It is not necessary to do anything in order to change the rules. According to Wright, Proof of Stake favors only those who have money. Bitcoin is able to stop cartels and governments working together.
