According to the Court, Hagan’s apartment was also important to the drug enterprise he conducted. The Court looked at several factors to understand and determine whether Hagan organized or just led the criminal activity that involved other participants.
Mr. Hagan has been dealing with MDMA, LSD, DMT, mushrooms and also marijuana. As per the report, he has been selling these substances and products for over a year to seven different customers, at least.
