Expert Claims BTC Will Hit $10k After Premier Currency Stabilizes
- Twitter-based altcoin analyst ‘Crypto Rand’ believes that Bitcoin is all set to touch the $10k mark in the coming few weeks.
- Many experts believe that BTC might experience a small pullback during the next 2-3 days before resuming its upward financial ascent.
After experiencing a small setback recently, Bitcoin is once again on its way up — with the premier altcoin breaching the $8,000 support level yet again. From a technical standpoint, we can see that BTCs weekly candle has remained quite strong, something that has led many market experts to proclaim that the industry is primed for big things in the near future.
On the subject, BlockTower Capital’s Ari Paul was recently quoted as saying:
“I was in a room with 30 crypto people and no one batted an eye. Strong underlying confidence. I actually thought my phone app might be broken for a second when the tone in the room didn’t change.”
In a similar vein, another independent analyst by the name of ‘Crypto Dog’ stated that BTC closing at $8,100 was a bullish sign for the entire industry and that moving forward, it would not be surprising to see the premier altcoin scale up to a price point of $10k. This sentiment was echoed by Josh Rager, who too is of the opinion that if BTC is able to close the coming week near the $8,300 range, the asset will scale up to a price point of around $9,600.
However, there also exist analysts like Josh Olszewicz, who believe that Bitcoin is “insanely overbought” at the moment and thus many of today's technical indicators might not be the best way to assess the future of a particular currency.
In regards to the issue, he stated:
“Calling for $6,150, looking to the fact that one of the indicator’s leading lines, which acts as support in bull runs and resistance in bear trends, sits at that price level.”
In closing out this piece, it should be pointed out that BTC is primed to have another breakout soon — but that will most likely depend on whether or not the currency is able to break past its $8,400 resistance barrier in the coming few days.
