Cryptopay Unveils a New Identity Verification Feature for Easy Purchase of Crypto with Bank Card

Cryptopay, a Digital wallet and cryptocurrency prepaid card provider, has unveiled a new way that allows users to purchase cryptocurrency directly with their bank card.

Using a bank card these days to purchase digital assets has been a very difficult thing. In most cases, when one wants to own any coin, they have to go through a long verification process that to many seems like a lot of trouble. This is where Cryptopay steps in.

Dubbed as ‘Buy Cryptocurrency Now’, the new feature by Cryptopay allows users to get verified and buy cryptocurrencies on the platform in a matter of minutes. All one is required to have is their passport, a bank card, and a selfie. The platform integrates Telegram Passport into its service, allowing for an even more efficient process.

Speaking about this identification system, the CTO of Cryptopay Pavel Makarenko said that:

“After the release of Telegram Passport it seemed fitting that we include it in our service. It will help streamline our verification process in a reliable and secure manner.”

Friendly Fees

According to Cryptopay, the platform offers competitive fees for users purchasing cryptocurrencies in comparison to other platforms in the industry. The fees for the new product will be similar to what the platform has been offering, which is a flat 5%.

This project is one of the products of Cryptopay collaboration with Sum&Substance, which provides KYC (Know Your Customer).
