Cudo Miner’s Lightweight GUI Software Miner For Grin Cryptocurrency Is Coming To GPU Rigs
Cudo Brings GUI Mining TO Grin
Cudo Miner has recently announced that they are going to release the latest version of its graphical user interface (GUI) miner with added support for Grin, the private and lightweight implementation of the Mimblewimble blockchain.
CUDO is cryptocurrency mining software that converts wasted or unused computing power into cryptocurrency without affecting the usability or the performance of a user’s machine, while offering solutions to help users maximize the computing power of their devices and generate income in the form of cryptocurrencies.
Grin is the community-led implementation of the Mimblewimble blockchain, a brand new cryptocurrency that boasts both privacy and scalability – and for the time being it’s resistant to ASIC mining which makes it perfect for GPU mining. Unlike most cryptocurrencies, Grin has constant inflation built in – on average, one new grin is emitted every second, and this will continue forever. This means miners who get in early will enjoy the double benefit of low supply and relatively low hash-rate. If you’re not technical or don’t have the time to run through the detailed how-tos, you can shortcut the process and use Cudo Miner.
Matt Hawkins, CEO, Cudo Miner said:
“Mimblewimble is an exciting new development in cryptography, and there is understandably great interest in contributing to and profiting from Grin, as its popularity grows. Our goal is to make it as simple and reliable as possible to mine Mimblewimble cryptocurrencies, so GPU miners can run their rigs and farms without sleepless nights, worrying about lost revenue and configuration.”
The latest version of Cudo Miner now supports nine coins, with the addition of Grin. Anyone with a suitable NVIDIA GPU can download Cudo Miner and start mining Grin on Windows or Linux immediately, with no manual configuration.
