Updated Edge Wallet Supports XRP, XMR, and QTUM
Edge, a mobile cryptocurrency wallet, announced that it will now support the likes of Ripple (XRP), Monero (XMR), and Quantum (QTUM). This comes right after Edge’s successful launch, which led the team to believe that an extension was necessary.
Extra! Extra! Read all about it. The new update for your EDGE wallet is ready. This isn't your run of the mill update either. Did someone say @Ripple @monero @QtumOfficial – Yes please. $QTUM $XMR $XRP https://t.co/vGH3PhXZJH pic.twitter.com/5aQu1owk0w

CEO and Founder of Edge, Paul Puey expresses a great deal of confidence in the Edge wallet, stating that it is one of the fewest wallets to allow users to:
“hold, send, receive, buy, and trade these currencies from a secure wallet they fully control, with no custodian, alongside a dozen other crypto assets.”
Also, Puey emphasized the fact that no other wallet supports such “convenience”.
It appears that the latest version of the Edge Wallet, dubbed, v1.2.1, has some of the following features:
- Support for buying and selling Bitcoin using credit card through Simplex Integration
- Sweep private keys for BTC, BCH, LTC and DASH
- Ability to download transaction history
- Ability to restore removed wallets
- Additional adjustments to prevent errors and increase speed
As for the crypto wallet’s compatibility, Edge is suitable for both iOS and Android devices. For more information, go to: https://edge.app
