Estate Coin EST ICOVerdict

With the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), Thailand hopes to develop its eastern provinces into a leading ASEAN economic zone. Valued at $43 billion, it's a project the government hopes to complete by 2021.

There is no question of the project's idea but if they're so unsure of raising capital and promise to pay the funds back on default of project, why should anyone trust that they would do so? An escrow would not go amiss when it comes to convincing investors of the project's legitimacy.

ICO Rating – 2.5/5
