As the cryptocurrency market and Bitcoin (BTC) continue to increase and expand in the market, eToro seems to be registering an increase in the number of BTC deposits that users hold in the platform. The information was released a few days ago by the chief market analyst of the company, Mati Greenspan.
eToro Registers Increase In Bitcoin’s Holdings
Mati Greenspan informed that they have seen an increase of 13 percent in Bitcoin holdings at their proprietary custodianship. This increase in funds on the platform increased between May 4 and May 18. During that period of time, Bitcoin experienced an important price increase against the US dollar.

At the same time, Diar published a report in which they informed that the number of addresses that hold between 1,000 and 10,000 BTC accumulated 450,000 more Bitcoins since December 2018, when Bitcoin bottomed. Furthermore, Diar registered a 26 percent increase in the number of bitcoin addresses holding between 1k and 10k BTC.
Bitcoin seems to be expanding and growing as time passes and the market has currently a very positive sentiment towards the most popular digital asset.
