“Everyone’s Talking About Bitcoin During Labor Day Weekend, Causing Crypto Charts to Crank” ~ Crypto Chad
Everyone Is Talking About Bitcoin As The Notorious Crypto Chad Cracks People Up With Funny Bitcoin Memes
Its a loooong, “labor” day weekend in the US so we wanted to take the time and interweave #Bitcoin into the mix by introducing our dear friend and companion, #CryptoChad – for those of you who don't know who our version of pepe is, be prepared. He or she, depending on your use of lense, is nothing short of amazing and might as well have been Satoshi's silent sidekick this whole time.
Everyone loves good memes, right? Well, the notorious Crypto Chad, a crypto enthusiast and analyst, is keeping cryptocurrency fans busy on twitter with funny bitcoin memes.
While some investors are worried about the volatility of the cryptocurrency market, especially the kind we have experienced in the last few weeks, others are having a good laugh thanks to Crypto Chad’s hilarious memes.
We wanted to do a piece on the latest September bitcoin price push, and give proper attribution to the one and only CryptoChad. If he were here with us, he would likely say:
“Everyone's Talking About Bitcoin During Labor Day Weekend, Causing Crypto Charts to Crank” ~ Crypto Chad
Of course labor day weekend everyone is camping, coming together to enjoy an extended weekend, football season is back, and kids are heading back to school – so its only right that #CryptoChad give his 2 tokens worth in saying everyone gets together and talks up bitcoin and thus the recent spike to start the month off.
We can vibe out with CryptoChad because this is exactly what happened last year during bitcoin and altcoins notorious bull run, seeing Thanksgiving 2017 prices at $8,000 range and going all the way up to $19,800 by Christmas. And now, we might possibly see the labor day weekend get-togethers bringing the bitcoin bulls back to town.
As we see Bitcoin (BTC) price is currently sitting at $7,240, up $560 from a week ago and saw a nice $250+ spike yesterday at the start of the weekend. Regardless, now that we have you with us, here are some of the entertaining memes on twitter, if you missed out!
The Virgin Late 2017 Buyer vs The Chad Late 2018 Buyer
One of the most popular memes is the virgin late 2017 buyer vs the Chad late 2018 buyer.
These are two kinds of investors: the 2017 serious investor who reads all whitepapers, spends lots of time studying charts, buys every single top, but ends up selling at the bottom because of panic; and the 2018 buyer who doesn’t even know what blockchain is, doesn’t read whitepapers, but buys every single bottom using the ‘gut feeling strategy” and locks in impressive profits every day.
Don’t Day Trade or You’ll End up Like “Warren Buffet”
This is a funny video of Warren Buffet in an interview, where he’s been asked about how his investment in crypto is going. And as we know, most cryptocurrencies experienced a tough beating in the last few weeks, dropping double digit percentage.
Now, the interviewer asks Buffet to name the coins he invested in since he had claimed to move into crypto investment. Buffet was hesitant at first but went ahead to give a list of “promising coins”. Now here’s the funny part: when asked about his current portfolio value, considering he started out with “88.2 billion”, he answered “a solid 320 dollars, up from 280 dollars from the previous day” and closed the discussion, saying that he has no further comment.
