Freelanceforcoins Creator Releases New Taskopus to Rival Amazon’s Mechanical Turk (Mturk)
An alternative to Mturk, called Taksopus, has been launched on the platform, Freelanceforcoins.com. Taskopus has been described as an alternative to Amazon’s Mechanical Turk marketplace, Mturk.
Taskopus is based on the premise that there are projects that artificial intelligence and computers cannot accomplish and thus, it allows users to complete the tasks instead. Users can do this easily by accessing the task on the platform and upon completing the task, they’ll be paid instantly and in BCH.
In addition, those who use the platform can generate micro-jobs, assignments, and other exercises and allow the general public to complete them. At this point, 30 people have been approved to test the application before it officially launches. This testing stage is similar to a pre-launch and at the point where the project is functioning at its beta stage.
According to the developer,
“There is a big difference between us and other crowdsourcing sites (besides the fact that everybody is accepted, regardless of age, country, and social status( — All payouts are immediate and final and we don’t ever keep your money and with Taskopus you can have a long relationship with a worker,”
“Typical micro-jobs website treats workers as completely interchangeable. Do one simple task if you fit our description and get out — Taskopus is different in that regard — You can build a multi-step selection process for your employees, educate them and give them complex long higher-priced specialized tasks.”
Once users download the Taskopus application, a survey appears. The purpose of the survey helps buyers determine if the user and their capabilities are what they need. Once the user answers the questions, the home screen appears with various tasks, the survey answers, and a section in which users can draft a 12-word seed phase to send and receive BCH.
The platform seems to be very easy to use. After completing the task, users will be able to earn BCH. Based on the concept, for the platform to be successful, there needs to be a community of members. Thus, the big question is whether a large-scale community is possible.
According to the platform’s developer, there are features that set Taskopus apart from other crowd-sourcing platforms. As he stated,
He also explained that it is necessary to have a cryptocurrency that can split $0.01 into 90% and 10%, send 90% to the worker and 10% to the platform as a commission. All this should be within a reasonable fee.
