Google Display Network And YouTube Certify Coinbates Crypto Cashback Advertising
Google Approves Coinbase Adverts On YouTube
Coinbates is among the few cryptocurrency projects that can advertise their services on Google.
For a considerable period, Google had entirely banned crypto-related promotions across all of its platforms. The objective of this move was to stop fraudulent projects. Although it was effective, the ban affected all project, including the genuine ones. In October, Google loosened the rules, allowing regulated crypto exchanges in the US and Japan to advertise on their sites.
Having complied with the requirements, Coinbates recently became one of the exchanges allowed to advertise on Google. To obtain this certification, trading platforms have to get accreditation form FinCEN. Coinbates intends to use Google’s platforms to promote their cashback solution that is currently in beta testing. Since Google has a vast client base, Coinbates hopes to leverage this to increase the popularity of their project.
The approval by Google is a significant step towards the realization of Coinbates’ objective – increasing public awareness of cryptocurrencies. The company believes that masses have to understand cryptos before adopting them. An ideal example of the importance of awareness is last year’s Bitcoin price rally. Back then, most of the new investors believed that buying crypto is a shortcut to riches. The subsequent bear run left of most of the speculative investors stranded.
Coinbates is promoting the mainstreams adoption of digital currencies by integrating them into e-commerce platforms. This approach allows inexperienced users to use crypt without facing the risks of incurring losses.
All that said, Coinbates is confident that Google will assist in increasing the polarity of their services.
