About it, she wrote:
One of the many companies in which Serena Williams invested in is Coinbase. The startup is the largest exchange in the United States and its CEO is Brian Armstrong. At the same time, the platform has a presence in other markets such as Europe and it is planning to launch in Japan. Moreover, the company announced Crypto-to-Crypto services in other countries such as Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, Hong Kong and South Korea.
Serena Ventures will be mentoring young founders and early-stage startups. There are other firms besides Coinbase in which Serena Ventures invested, including Litle Spoon Lola, Masterclass, Neighborhood Goods and The Wing, among others. She has also mentioned in this post that they have many other exciting things coming up.
The vice president of the company is the former asset manager at JP Morgan, Alison Rapaport. This shows that the firm is very well advised and has a special team behind planning these investments.
