A Swiss loyalty token protocol, qiibee, has just announced their partnership with the software company HTS, Hospitality Total Solution. According to the CEO of HTS and the General Manager of DACH region, Markus Imfeld, the company ensures that there is long-lasting enthusiasm with their customers and create trust and loyalty between the different brands and customers, all this is made possible thanks to the intelligence backed in the company and the ability to offer an individualized customer experience.
He goes on to state that they strongly believe in the protocol that is placed in qiibee, one that allows the different users on their platform the ability to store and even exchange the loyalty tokens has been able to provide their customers with the needed freedom of choice.
