Huobi Chain Expert Advisory Committee Welcomes Randi Zuckerberg, Yes Facebook Creator’s Sister

The Huobi Chain Expert Advisory Committee has opted to include Randi Zuckerberg in their group. Randi is presently the CEO of Zuckerberg Media, which is a firm that she founded only five years ago. This committee is filled with other experts, but their expansion allows the group to grow in their efforts towards expanding and updating the digital asset trading platform.

Most popularly, the committee plans to offer both advice and support for the elections of the Superhero Championship Program, which was launched two months ago for their efforts.

This committee also has another function – the development and the changes that occur on the Huobi chain. Along with Randi Zuckerberg, this group has the combined efforts of other investors like Jeffrey Wernick and Jihan Wu. Zuckerberg was previously tied in with the social media platform run by brother Mark at Facebook. However, since there’s already a blockchain initiative at Facebook, there’s isn’t the same issue that arose with David Marcus, who had to leave Coinbase when he joined the committee.

With the Facebook blockchain division, users can look forward to the potential for a decentralized ledger on the platform. There have been few details included in this initiative, which coincides with the rumors that this social media company aims to fork the Stellar Blockchain. However, a spokesperson for Facebook says:

“We are not engaged in any discussions with Stellar, and we are not considering building on their technology.”
