Hyperglow Tours was launched half a decade ago to offer a reimagined and an unforgettable event experience in the EDM music industry and the recent ticketing blockchain partnership with Blockparty is set to push the company to even higher standards.
The partnership between Hyperglow and Blockparty combines the goals of the two companies as they share the same target market, young people in the society. Hyperglow has seen a rise in the number of college students adopting the coin in the United States with the platform offering live EDM music events leaving the attendees with an over the top experience.
The company combines EDM music with live art, body painting, and stunning sound design with mind-blowing performances and entertainers under an ultraviolet atmosphere.
Speaking on the partnership, the CEO of Hyperglow Tour, Claude Elie, remarked,
“Cryptocurrencies are arguably one of the world’s hottest technologies right now and we felt that we wanted to be at the forefront of it within our community. After attending a Blockparty-ticketed event, we were wowed with what they are doing and the partnership became quite an obvious progression.”
Blockparty is a blockchain based live event ticketing system that eliminates fake and counterfeit tickets off the market. Cryptocurrencies and blockchains have largely been adopted by millennials combining perfectly with Hyperglow’s target.
Additionally, Blockparty uses blockchain technology to mitigate the risks that stifle event ticketing purchasing experience. The problems caused by the increase in counterfeit tickets and frauds in the industry, lengthy event check-in protocols, and predatory secondary market resellers have a solution on the blockchain.
The first blockchain based platform in the U.S. is getting a real world function and gaining rapid adoption amongst event ticketing agencies and the event organizing team. ‘Best Life’, a music festival held in Miami this September became the first ever fully powered blockchain ticketed event with high profile stars such as Ella Mai and H.E.R performing during the concert.
Blockparty was launched in 2013 and has since grown sign in value and adoption across the live ticketing industry. Furthermore, the partnership coincided with the five year anniversary of the company to which the CEO of Blockparty, Shiv Madan, was ecstatic in acknowledging. He remarked,
“This partnership, coinciding with Hyperglow’s five-year anniversary, shows the Hyperglow team’s commitment to innovation, and eagerness to engage their keep their customers satisfied by reaping the benefits of exciting new technologies. Hyperglow event goers will no longer need to worry about massive resale prices on tickets or being forced to wait in tiresome lines with ticket verification and can instead focus on enjoying the party. The best part of Blockparty is that fans don’t need any prior knowledge of how blockchain technology works, as the tech operates seamlessly in the background. All they need is a smartphone and the Blockparty app.”
