IdentityMind Partners with Tonky’s investorID to Allow Investors On-Chain Identity Trading Access
The SaaS platform that has been created for online risk management and the compliance automation, the IdentityMind, has gone ahead to partner with investorID.
The investorID is a decentralized application that is from Tokeny, one that has been designed to allow the different investors to be able to generate an on-chain identity that will be able to access and easily trade with the compliant tokenized securities.
The partnership will bring about several benefits
With the partnership it will enable STO, Security Token Offering to have easy access to the IdentityMind risk and management capabilities. All this will be made possible through the use of the Token for the regulated Exchange’s, also referred to as the T-REX.
The customers on the Tokeny platform will be able to have access to the IdentityMind KYC together with the AML capabilities that will be able to validate the investor's transfer and participation on the platform.
As an investor, you will be able to easily use the application and also be able to create an on-chain identity easily. But this is not all as you can also keep complete control of your personal data while still be able to ensure that the issuers act within the compliances set.
The investorID platform has been designed as an open system that will be able to aggregate the identity validation solution easily. Also, it will allow the digital asset issuers to access the trade securities very smoothly. The system will even allow users to be able to create their own re-usable identity which they will access and efficiently trade the compliant digital assets.
“This partnership reflects the growing ecosystem of investorID, a not-for-profit application we recently launched. The top providers of KYC and AML information are joining one by one to give the tokenized securities issuers the best choices available in the market. By joining the investorID ecosystem, these identity providers have the opportunity to work with issuers using the T-REX Ethereum standard.’’ Tokeny CEO, Luc Falempin
