What Is Intelligent Trading Tech?

Intelligent Trading Tech is an AI platform consisting of a fleet of data bots. These bots follow real-time data sources, then send users actionable alerts about cryptocurrency markets.

The ITT Bot beta is currently available online through the official website at IntelligentTrading.org. You can access the platform in the form of a Telegram Bot, available for desktop and mobile devices.

You can pay for ITT subscriptions using ITT tokens. A token sale for ITT tokens took place in fall 2017. Today, the company continues to test its trading bots. By the end of 2018, ITT aims to offer three different subscription tiers ranging from $5 to $20 in price, along with a quantitative trading subscription program at a higher price level.

How Does Intelligent Trading Tech Crypto Market Predictors Work?

ITT’s platform analyzes historical prices and volumes in the cryptocurrency markets. The company’s data bots “are constantly scanning and learning from the vast array of data available on the internet,” explains the official website.

“This is something that the machine learning helps with – because at times mere humans may perceive the cryptocurrency market as unpredictable when in fact clear patterns emerge when reading between the lines.”

Clients interact with ITT through a client interface for Telegram, desktop platforms, and other messengers. Users can pay for a tier 1, 2, or 3 subscription using ITT tokens. The bots analyze indicators and technical analyses for cryptocurrency markets, looking at media sentiment, current events, and trading data and history to make judgements on different cryptocurrencies.

The tier 2 ITT bot is capable of self-programming and reprogramming to match changes in the market, adjusting indicator weights and performing continuous optimization “as an agent motivated solely on maximizing the traders [sic] hourly return rate.”

You won’t need a background in quantitative trading to understand the analysis provided by ITT Bot. After running all of the information above, the bot will display a simple analysis of a particular cryptocurrency.

The ETH/USD market might be rated as “bullish” for example, with a 4 star out of 5 prediction rating on a medium horizon. Other features on the alert description include:

• Trading pair
• Overall rating, giving you a quick indicator of what ITT Bot’s algorithms are predicting with the asset (bullish or bearish), with a signal rating of up to 5 stars
• Time horizon, with each alert coming with an expected time horizon for the event, including short (minutes), medium (hours), and long (days)
• Exchange, including the exchange on which the trading alert was triggered
• Price summary and volume summary

The platform relies on two core analysis methods, including fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Fundamental analysis is ideal for determining an asset’s true value for the purpose of long-term trading by looking at the intrinsic properties of the asset and the state of the market. Technical analysis, meanwhile, involves reading indicators and chart patterns to determine price trends, with less concern about the fundamentals of the asset and more concern about price movements in the short and medium term.

Simply looking at FA and TA is not enough, according to the ITT whitepaper. The platform’s AI also scans “for even more indicators or signals from multiple data sources to support one direction or the other.” That AI is also “constantly learning and adapting to changing market conditions.”

How Do ITT Tokens Work?

ITT tokens are used to pay for ITT Bot subscriptions. The ITT token is an ERC20 token on the Ethereum blockchain. There’s a total supply of 21 million ITT tokens. ITT tokens are required to pay for all subscription fees on the ITT platform. Additionally, ITT plans to burn 25% of the subscription fees collected from its users.

The price of an ITT Bot subscription will be kept high enough to ensure that the number of users never becomes sufficiently high to become a market manipulator. The price will also be kept low enough to ensure that a subscription remains available to amateur, low-volume traders.

ITT Bot Subscription Services

Tier 1: This ITT Bot sends alerts based on a number of technical indicators. Pricing will be around $5 per month, payable in ITT tokens.

Tier 2: This bot will send customizable alerts personalized by artificial intelligence (neural network) models tuned to your trading goals and optimized to your individual trading ability. The tier 2 bot will be priced at around $20 per month.

Tier 3: ITT’s team plans to launch tier 3 subscription services in Q3 2018, when they’ll launch a separate quant fund powered by the ITT platform’s technology. Pricing details for the tier 3 service have not yet been released.

The ITT Token Sale

The ITT token sale took place from August 18 to September 17, 2017. Of the total supply of 21 million tokens, 75% were reserved for crowdfunding participants and traded on exchanges. 15% were made available for user rewards, including acquisition, performance, and bonuses, and 10% were reserved for the original contributors, dev team, and advisors.

Who’s Behind Intelligent Trading Tech?

ITT is led by co-founders Benjamin Lakoff, CFA and Thomas Counsell.

Lakoff is an entrepreneur and finance professional who has been investing in blockchain startups since mid-2016. He’s an avid active trader in both traditional and cryptocurrency markets.

Counsell, meanwhile, holds a computer science degree from Purdue University. In 2012, he co-founded the largest artisan ecommerce site in Morocco while serving with the US Peace Corps. In 2015, he created Noble Software Foundation and Incorporeal Ltd.
