IOST Foundation Forms Partnership with Force Protocol, a Blockchain Financial Services Provider
Strategic partnerships between blockchain based companies is the way to go as the industry continues its quest towards global adoption. The IOST Foundation and Force Protocol is one of the latest partnerships to take off after the former announced it on their official Medium blog.
The partnership is set to develop cross blockchains to allow direct connection of the platforms without the need for a third party. The partnership with Force Protocol is set to enhance the cross platform abilities on the IOST blockchain.
Since IOST launched the Main net in February, the blockchain has seen an increased number of transactions on the platform. The blockchain climbed to third on the number of transactions on a blockchain as Ethereum dropped to fourth. The top two blockchains, Eos (EOS) and Tron (TRX), are a big competition to IOST.
IOST Foundation and Force Protocol form a strategic partnership
The latest IOST Foundation partner, Force Protocol, is well known for its open source blockchain offering users transparent financial services. The platform offers developers a platform to build their decentralized applications (dApps) on different blockchain ecosystems and share through cross blockchain platforms. The Force Protocol offers users and developers with financial software development kits (SDKs) too.
The protocol has so far connected the Ethereum, Eos and Bitcoin RSK network allowing cross chain transactions.
The focus on financial transaction efficiency is a common goal between the two companies as per the announcement. IOST Foundation expects financial services to play a big part in the growth and development of the IOST ecosystem together with the deep lying technology the platform offers.
The partnership with Force Protocol will open up the IOST protocol to the endless possibilities cross chain technology is bringing to blockchains. IOST will benefit in value and market share from the partnership with Force too.
IOST currently trades at $0.013484 USD and ranks 46th on the market capitalization rankings.
