Issuance Strategic Partnership With Securitize To Offer Tokenization Solutions On Blockchain

Issuance blockchain, a platform that allows digital securities issuers to offer their assets easily and raise capital cheaply, have announced a strategic partnership with a blockchain tokenization solution, Securitize Platform. The two have come together to introduce a deal that will see Issuance offer its marketing infrastructure and services to Securitize to provide increased number of digital assets tokenized and capital raised. The mutual partnership offers great benefits to both companies as they all want to see an increase in tokenized assets on the blockchain.

The Securitize platform allows the token issuer's solicited investors to register and go through the investment process, including KYC/AML, accreditation, and other legal requirements – extending all the way to the issuance and delivery of security tokens. The decentralized world of blockchain offers the holders of the assets a user-friendly and efficient way to fractionally trade or hold the assets as compared to the traditional means.
