It has been reported that John McAfee, who has been pushing for mainstream adoption will have the opportunity to discuss at length, how to go about crypto adoption while also defending his stands on the reasons why cryptocurrency has to be adopted by all regardless of colour, country, and nature. He has been condemning countries hindering mass adoption, and also offered to debate the Security and Exchange Commission who has been working against wide acceptance of crypto.
He has been under public scrutiny since his “unhackable” BitFi wallet was allegedly hacked. He has done interviews with LearnCrypto and also attended livestream debate with BitFi’s CEO and “InfoSec Experts” on the panel. Here is a recap of the panel discussion McAfee defended the wallet saying, no money was carted away by those who allegedly said they got entry into the wallet.
Derek Capo is also a prominent person on social media and is fearless when speaking his mind. Back in April, Charlie Lee, the creator of litecoin, was exchanging barbs on Twitter with Capo. But their fight quickly turned into a friendly exchange of direct messages, in which the two crypto enthusiasts realized they shared a common problem: In a word, banking.
Both the Litecoin Foundation, the non-profit that promotes the sixth-largest cryptocurrency and where Lee is a managing director, and Capo's Virgin Islands-based startup had encountered difficulty securing bank accounts, a longstanding problem for the industry. Capo and Lee plan to integrate banking services directly with TokenPay's decentralized exchange (DEX) platform, eFin, which offers peer-to-peer trading between cryptocurrencies.
Just by looking at the panel, we can be sure that the debate will be a fun discussion which is guaranteed to cover a wide range of topics from the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
