Kleiman Vs Craig Wright Satoshi Case Update: Attorneys Seek International Judicial Assistance

As many of our readers are probably well aware of, the Kleiman v. Wright case — that has been going on since the first quarter of 2018 — has just seen some new developments take place that have the potential to shed some more light on the whole ‘Who is Satoshi?’issue.

For example, there currently exist a number of people related to the above stated case that are based in the UK and in order for the government to interview these people, they need to be brought in via a legal pathway.

In relation to this entire episode, it bears mentioning that there currently exist a number of “international treaties” (that have been signed between the various nations of the world) that make it difficult for court authorities to extradite individuals who might be associated with certain legal matters. For example, in the Kleiman v. Wright case, a local magistrate had to send out a request to the Royal Court of Justice in London so as to bring in the required people to the States. The plea was made using the Hague Evidence Convention — a treaty that was ratified by the U.S. and Britain in 1972 and 1976 respectively.

The three individuals who Kleinman’s attorneys want to interview include:

Andrew O’Hagan — The person who wrote a book called “The Satoshi Affair”

Ramona Watts — Dr. Craig S Wright’s life partner

Robert MacGregor — One of Dr. Wright’s closest business associates

It is being alleged that these people know a lot of inside details related to this case. For example, O’Hagan is apparently in possession of certain documents that were provided to him by Wright (that directly related to Dave Kleiman). Similarly, MacGregor was involved with a deal that included Wright and W&K.
