For a while, Ian Balina has been gaining a reputation in the cryptocurrency world. Known for being a source of Cryptocurrency investment advice has since entered a partnership with the crypto exchange, KuCoin this Tuesday, as he signed on to what it refers to as its ‘Global Titan Ambassador'.
The aim of the project is to make industry experts work with KuCoin's research team.
Serving as one of KuCoin's ambassadors, Balina would suggest cryptocurrency projects “to be checked by the KuCoin research and quality control teams first and given fast-track treatment if approved for listing.”
In addition, KuCoin will be Balina's preferred choice of coin exchanges, the ambassadors and coin exchange will also closely co-ordinate in order to minimize potential investment risks which users may find themselves subjected to.

KuCoin – Empty Tables And Chairs In Its China Office Raises Concerns
While this is effectively good news for the coin exchange and Balina, it doesn't stop the fact that, when a man decided to pay a visit to its offices in Hong Kong one day, it created a climate of concern as he found their registered offices desolate.
And before anyone asks, no, this is no joke, and the visitor, who is also highly active on Medium, Jackson Wong, a cryptocurrency researcher and journalist based in Hong Kong shared with his readers and concerned investors, his pictures and experiences having visited the quiet offices.
Since January, at the least, Wong has been highly skeptical of KuCoin and its activities, believing and stating to his readers that they may not be as active in the Hong Kong region as they claim to be. So this time around, he conducted a search, finding that KuCoin had supposedly occupied the 20th floor of the Kiu Fu Commercial Building, which it had been occupying for the last few years allegedly.
Where the confusion arose is the fact that that same building was leased out to “Smart Team International Consultants Ltd” for the same number of years, all while KuCoin referred to it as their ‘official headquarters'.
KuCoin has since came out and released an official statement in which we covered here, but still there are no pictures of a fully functional office or workplace to speak of that should put traders and platform users at ease.
