Liechtenstein Bank Frick Issues Bitcoin and Ethereum Trackers With Bitcoin Suisse Finance Firm
A bank in Liechtenstein has issued an active Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) tracker. Bank Frick has been working with the digital finance firm called Bitcoin Suisse in order to make that possible.
The information was released by the bank on April 9.
Bank Frick Launches BTC & ETH Tracker
Users will have the possibility to have access to BTC and ETH tracker. These certificates issued will take the form of a security and also as a token, as the bank informs.
In this initiative, Bank Frick will be acting as issuer and will be responsible for the issuance of these certificates. Meanwhile, Bitcoin Suisse will be working as a crypto broker that will be responsible for the execution of the transactions of these assets in different global exchanges.
It is worth mentioning that the head of blockchain banking for Bank Frick’s is now working as the new CEO of Bitcoin Suisse. Bank Frick has also informed that Mauro Casellini, a blockchain expert working at the financial institution, will also be joining Bitcoin Suisse as soon as July 1st. The main goal is to oversee the expansion of the local subsidiary in the market and the region.
Edi Woegerer, the CEO of Bank Frick, said that they are collaborating very closely with Bitcoin Suisse, which operates as a very important broker for the bank. Meanwhile, Bitcoin Suisse uses the services provided by the bank and share part of their clients.
DLT Markets s a trading platform that works as a subsidiary of Bank Frick. The bank aims at providing institutional investors with a regulated and secure multi-exchange access to different virtual currencies and the crypto market as a whole.
The number of banking companies entering the space is growing around the world. There are several firms that are starting to work with Ripple and the XRP digital asset. In the future, other banks could enter the space not to remain aside from the latest developments in DLT and virtual currencies.
