Litecoin Foundation Shares New Partnership Details With UNICEF Kid Power
A new partnership was started recently between the Litecoin Foundation and UNICEF Kid Power, an initiative that was created to help children to realize their full potential and live better lives.
According to the reports, the initiative, which was launched back in 2014, is focused on giving kids the tools to help other less fortunate kids around the world. Kids who are a part of the program receive a special UNICEF Kid Power Band to wear and show others that they are a part of the initiative.
The Litecoin Foundation is excited to work with @UNICEFKidPower, starting at the 2019 Litecoin Summit, to give the next generation of kids the tools they need to build healthy financial foundations and give back to their communities!⚡️https://t.co/OWmXjzHaej pic.twitter.com/JSuu9QnbzM

The kids who are the most engaged in the project also receive special points which can be traded by food packages that are sent to kids who are starving in poor areas.
Now, with the new partnership, the Litecoin Foundation is set to take the whole project to the next level. Participants will start to receive something called Kid Power Coins, starting with schools in Las Vegas. The coins will be distributed during the upcoming Litecoin Summit, which is set to happen at the end of October. The kids will use the coins to send the aid to other kids.
Rajesh Anandan, the creator of UNICEF Kid Power, has affirmed that the institution is happy to be in this partnership and that the kids who are a part of the problem will learn a lot about how valuable their contributions are by participating.
