The Sun released an interesting article reporting that a blockchain city is being developed in Malaysia where tourists will only be able to use cryptocurrency.

According to the article, the development is backed by the Chinese government. The city will be called Melaka Straight City and there, tourists can use blockchain technology in the form of a DMI coin to pay for public services. DMI is a company providing mobile enterprise, cybersecurity services, and business intelligence. The DMI coin was created by the platform in collaboration for the project.

It will certainly be interesting to see how this product develops.
