Yang Wentao, a benefactor of the company, gave a speech at the occasion in which he talked about his hopes that the company would contribute to the international community and to develop blockchain technology that would be used to create authentication systems based on a complex ecosystem of users and technology.
The Microsoft Accelerator Program
In case you do not know, the Microsoft Accelerator program is a program that Microsoft promotes twice per year to nominate and award companies for their innovation, entrepreneurship and to give them access to resources so they can grow and reach their full potential.
Known as the corporate venture arm of Microsoft, the Microsoft Accelerator already exists for some time and has committed a total of $500 million USD over the next two years for its projects. These projects include sales engagements with key startups. The companies will receive access to the Microsoft technology and the resources that they might need to promote and develop their work globally.
Onchain will use this partnership with Microsoft to create cutting edge technology via its Ontology platform and perform better in the market.
