Music Mogul Diddy & Zap Oracles Partner Up with Ethereum API Release
It has been recently revealed that Diddy has partnered up with Zap Oracles, a platform built for the creation of smart contracts and DApp compatible data feeds.
Diddy, who has served several roles within the music, acting and business industries, took to Twitter to express his enthusiasm while promoting the possibility that the firm will be releasing things in the near future. Here is what he said,
My good friends at @ZapOracles just released their API. I love what their company is doing, the world needs this! More great things coming soon!! #paidpartnership #zaporacles

To confirm this partnership, Zap Oracles commented the following:
The #Zap Team is thrilled to be collaborating with @diddy. A true pioneer across industries. The release of our Ethereum API marks the beginning of the next generation of smart contracts. #oracles #dApps #ethereum #smartcontracts #blockchain #curationmarkets https://t.co/baHySzm0Ja

As for the Zap platform itself, it appears that the firm will be focusing on organizing data feeds. According to the company, using oracles can help to make real life uses. Furthermore, the team believes that the growth of smart contracts is not possible once it no longer is able to receive data about the real world – stating that oracles can help contribute towards the global economy.
The Zap API provides essential tools that promote a peer-to-peer exchange where data will be monetized. The company has also issued its own token, called the Zap token, which will be used to access the oracle on its platform. Lastly, the solution at hand is suggested as an additional layer to the Ethereum blockchain.
Upon hearing this announcement, there appears to be mixed opinions from Twitter users, some of which conveyed the following:
Shill Nye The Homeless Guy @CryptoShillNye
“These guys said “***k the crypto twitter ‘influencers’ and went straight for diddy lmfaoooo [image]”
Jeff Michael @jeffmichael83
“I don’t know what’s worse. The partnership, or people know it’s a paid shill.”
To which, Ripple Tard responded:
“It’s a partnership. Not a paid shill.”
It will be interesting to see what comes of the Sean Combs P Diddy partnership as the Ethereum API release is said to mark the start of their next generation smart contracts.
