MyCrypto MoneroVision Monero Block Explorer Service Releases for Use
MyCrypto has announced on June the 1st, the launching of an open source Monero (XMR) block explorer service that is called MoneroVision. MyCrypto is a client-side tool for generating ether wallets, handling ERC-20 tokens.
According to the team, the intention behind MoneroVision was to support other chains other than Ethereum. They commented that it was not a secret that they were expanding into other chains aside from Ethereum. As they said, Monero is ‘one of our favourites.’ At the same time, MyCrypto is also working to develop more and different support for Monero.
MoneroVision has been written in Typerscript, it is an open-source project, has improved reliability with the node selector, and gives the best estimate on when the transaction will be confirmed.
Additionally, MoneroVision is a single page app, where users are able to search the blockchain without extra page loads. In addition to it, it lets users configure any compatible node.
The team explained that the product that they have developed is powered and maintained by MyCrypto but it is a separate project.
“We want to work on new projects and turn them into new products if it makes sense to do so. And not everything needs to be integrated into MyCrypto. That’s why we’re calling MoneroVision a product that is ‘Powered By MyCrypto.”
There are other important projects that are being developed and supported by MyCrypto team. We can mention EtherAddressLookup, EthereSecurityLookup, and EtherscamDB.
