New Blockchain Development Agreement Happens Between LODE and Blockchain Foundry
Blockchain Foundry is a major blockchain development firm that operates in North America. It recently formed a development agreement for blockchain tech with LODE Community. LODE is a group of silver enthusiasts from over 90 nations. This agreement, which has been valued at C$250K, will assist LODE with targeted technical assistance and solution designs as they relate to the blockchain part of the project.
The solution design agreement was signed between the two companies in October 2018. Under the new agreement, LODE will get to access Blockchain Foundry’s development services for six months. This will assist them to come up with the LODE system and the related infrastructure.
What The Leaders Had To Say
According to Ian Richard, a General Contractor of the LODE project, it was exciting that they would be working with the Blockchain Foundry at a more integrated level. He added that the technical expertise from the Blockchain Foundry was important if LODE was to get to the next level.
Marc Nicholson, the CSO of the Blockchain Foundry also had something positive to say about the agreement. He was quite happy that LODE had confidence in their team to deliver for the project. The COS added that the agreement was a win for both parties. It would ensure the continued support for alignment of the Blockchain Foundry and the Syscoin protocol.
About Blockchain Foundry Inc.
The Blockchain Foundry develops and helps to commercialize businesses in the blockchain industry. It offers consulting services to various clients that wish to utilize the blockchain technology in their operations.
It was created in 2017 by a team of developers that created the Syscoin protocol back in 2014. The team saw the opportunity to commercialize the blockchain tech presented for use by ordinary consumers and businesses. The protocol offers various benefits over existing protocols like ETH and BTC. This positions it for rapid commercialization with little overhead.
The Blockchain Foundry is also a founding member of the Decentralized identity Foundation created by Microsoft. Microsoft and Blockchain Foundry partner in the mission of creating decentralized identifies that are powered by the blockchain.
LODE is an alliance of individuals and organizations that work towards the common goal of returning silver into the monetary system. They aim to have silver used as a means of conducting ordinary transactions. An alliance of professionals works to ensure that the vision of LODE comes to life. LODE and its operating system are not legal entities. Thus, they do not depend on any organization but only blockchain protocols, community engagement, and interactions for further success.
The LODE team recognizes that silver has an important role to play in the economy. However, they also realize that hauling silver around is not practical. Thus, they will tokenize silver, thus enabling the public to gain full access of their silver and retain control at all times. To achieve their vision, they are working on the LODE token. In essence, the team seems to be moving towards the creation of a stable coin-like token that is backed by silver bullion.
