New Commission Free Trading App Launched By Stocktwits

Stocktwits, popular social media outlet is launching a new free app for trading. Free of commissions, the mobile app is focused on U.S. Equity trading. Investors can use the app to connect with other experienced veterans. Trades are completed with ease, allowing participants to trade fractions of shares. Smaller share trading gives newbies with less money the ability to invest in larger companies like eBay, PayPal, and Amazon.

ST Invest LLC is the app’s creator, a well-respected member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as well as licensed broker-dealer. Two million people are anticipated to register as official members, like numbers to other similar apps on the marketplace.

“As the largest community of active investors, Stocktwits is already a significant portion of the total active investor community in the U.S,” reported Stocktwits CEO Ian Rosen.
