New Nebulas Nova Roadmap Releases Sharing Organized Blockchain Plans to Release v.2.0 in Q4
Nebulas Announces Its Roadmap, Plans To Release v.2.0 Nova In Q4
Nebulas, a blockchain platform, has announced the release of Nova v.2.0, an upgrade of its mainnet, saying that the product will launch in the fourth quarter of this year. The new mainnet will incorporate performance improvements, which include rewards for community members and developers, Developer Incentive Protocol, and a mechanism for universal value ranking.
Two Core Functions
The Nova v.2.0 will introduce two core functions:
- Nebulas Rank (NR), a function meant to provide quantifiable standard and native on-chain to value on-data by simply quantifying contribution of particular accounts, while taking stock of the aggregate economy at the blockchain’s macro level.
- Developer Incentive Protocol, a function designed to provide native on-chain incentives for developers who are willing to use smart contracts to build blockchain applications that add value to the Nebulas blockchain.
The two core functions will generally enable Nebulas Nova to bring order to the blockchain data landscape, which is currently a bit messy. This means that users will easily discover and gauge valuable applications on the platform’s blockchain.
Journey Started In Q2 Of 2018
The Nebulas Nova mainnet was launched first in Q2 2018, same time when the Nebulas Rank Yellow Paper was published. Since the first one was launched in March 2018, it has stood steady for over 6 months, enduring heavy uses as well as a series of tests. Currently, Eagle Nebula boasts 240,000 accounts, 6,800 DApps, and 11,000 smart contracts, exceeding the number of smart contracts by double and dApps by triple on the Ethereum blockchain.
In order to constantly meet the requirements for community members and modern blockchains, Nebula tries to cultivate its inner power. Once the new product is released, Nebula Nova will become a better place for both community members and developers, achieving a significant leap in terms of performance and service.
